If we cannot clean your drain or sewer for our advertised price, you will not be charged for the attempt to clean your drain or sewer.
Drain cleaning special: Offer valid when customer has an accessible clean-out or removeable trap in which drain cleaning equipment can be used.
Sewer cleaning special: Offer valid for one (1) story, single family residences on raised foundations. For homes on cement slabs, apartments, restaurants or commercial accounts, add $30. Sewers cannot be cleaned from a pipe with an inside diameter of less than 3" nor from the roof. Cleaning the sewer from these smaller pipes negates the guarantee.
Water heater replacement: Offer valid only when installing a replacement water heater that meets current code. Additional parts and/or labor required will be quoted on the job site before additional work is performed.
